The Executive Board met today and appointed Earl Jaggers as interim Vice President. Earl will serve as Vice President until a new VP is elected on Feb. 12, 2010 in the Union Conference Room at work.
Nominations for Vice President will be held at the Union Meeting on Jan. 9 2010, since because of the holidays, there will be no regular monthly Union Meeting for December. Shop Steward Elections will be at the January meeting as well.
Election will be Feb 12 2010 and the new VP will take office Feb 13 2010 at the regular monthly Union meeting.
